We think that everyone has been expectantly awaiting the first Triton One review. Well here it is in all its glory! Darryl Wilkinson was totally blown away and has let loose with a mind boggling rave review for the mind boggling Triton One.
First, on the cover, along with a nice big picture of the Triton One, is the very clear declaration, "New GoldenEar Flagship is a Masterpiece", which gives a very good hint as to the contents of this glorious review. We love the statement,"These speakers absolutely embalm the competition!".
And, of course, Darryl's notes including,"revelatory, ultra-dynamic, seamlessly seamless, addictively addictive and cosmically orgasmic" ... give a good idea of how he felt about the One. But even with descriptive phrases like this, Darryl felt that, "GoldenEar's Triton One speakers are members of that rarest of all breeds for which words can do little justice."
But, he did come up with some nice ones:"Because the Triton One is so open, so full of energy, and so low in obvious distortion, it doesn't sound like a veil--or even a blanket--has been lifted. It sounds like a flippin' doublewide set of Venetian doors has been thrown open."
